The stay was great, and the hotel is amazing. We went there for our wedding anniversary and it was great. The room is great and the view is amazing.
When it comes to billing though, this place is a joke.
I booked this through another website and had everything already paid for.
When I went to do my checkout I had a final bill of around $350, which included resort fee for both days (which I had already paid for), and mini fridge items we did not consume.
I told the hotel receptionist that I had already paid for the resort fee, and she said that was correct, but the charge was still on my bill as: "resort fee, paid by agency", with the amount there, so they were trying to charge me again for it.
She finally removed those fake charges, and my final real final bill was $120.
I went home and the next day I get two charges from the hotel: one in the amount of my final bill, and another charge in the amount of $15, for which I have no explanation and it is not in my final bill.
I have been trying to call them all day, get transferred to the billing department, and it just rings for about 30min with no one picking up.
My advice to you is if you stay at this hotel, be very aware of everything they are trying to charge you, and always look at your final bill with attention.
