They were fine until I leased a car, then the trouble began. They called me back the next day saying I had to resign the documents. They said nothing had really changed and my payment would be the same, but I needed to resign. I was able to find the undisclosed change. It had to do with a fee to be paid at the end of the lease. They had left it off on the original paperwork, but tried to hide the change. It's a good thing I read what I sign!
Fast forward to the first service...There was a recall notice on the car. I tried for several weeks to make an appointment, but they couldn't figure out what needed to be done to this electric car. I finally brought it in for a computer update and tire rotation. Now it's EXTREMELY clear that they didn't rotate the tires. Back tires have almost no wear. Front tires are bald. I talked to the service department and they said that the computer says they did it it must be true. They weren't interested in the actual condition of the tires and what that indicates.
I went into the dealer at one point to talk to them about returning the car early. I was clear I did not want to buy another car from them. They kept trying to sell me a car and wouldn't simply talk to me about a least return.
A few months later I requested a quote for an early lease return. Afterward I was hounded by the dealer with countless phone calls and emails trying to sell me a car. Each time I requested they stop, but they keep coming.
They use all the sleazy tricks in the book. I'll never buy a car from a CARR dealership again.
