I was admitted to Rockford in august. It truely changed my life. I was in a deep, deep depression with suicidal thoughts, and I was getting into drugs, etc. The staff made me feel like they had the best intentions, and always were there to anwser you questions. They grouped us in with people with the same, and different issues, which was for the better. I personally learned to support everyone from those groups. We had many activities, like playing cards, going to the gym, drawing, making music, going outside, and a lot more. The staff had the best intention in mind, and gave us space to do the best for us. we were never overcrowded, and we had a dayroom (basically a living room with tables and chairs and a tv). Honestly, I thank god everyday for leading my life there. It changed my life for the better.
