Terrible service, tried placing a request for Road...

Terrible service, tried placing a request for Roadside Service online and after entering my membership number many, many times, it finally accepted my request. Then I went to track it and it's not there so I assume no tow is coming! I've been waiting on the 800 line now for 40 minutes with no response. Estimated time given was 25 minutes. I guess being a member for 20 years and paying $200 a year mustn't be enough to have a working online system or allow for reasonable staffing of their call centre! Time to reconsider spending this amount of money annually for third-rate service.
