This was our first time renting with housesmart. We have had the pleasure of working with Hany and Donna. Even though initially, moving into the property there were some teething issues from the state that the previous tenant left the house in, Hany (our property manager) has been outstanding in providing great solutions to the problems in a prompt manner.
When you speak to him there is genuine care about the people he is working with. Initially we were not sure about Housesmart, but after a couple of weeks they have completely changed our opinion for the better. I would recommend housesmart to anyone, especially Hany.
