On July 9, 2019, I sent $44.95 for a one year subscription. Never received anything. On August 9 I called again and was told they would reimburse me. Never received any reimbursement. Called again on August 26 and they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and they say they cannot locate any account on my name and that is it.
