Terrible customer service, whether on the phone they do not answer and in the office. I just went to the office and the lady let me talk and she ran saying ok bye bye bye.
He got angry because I told him that his schedule for the pool passes was ridiculous, only on Wednesdays from 9am to 11:30 and only 1 month, which is why we who work can not make it and that's why the pool is always alone for the terrible schedule to give the passes to part of the pool schedule this horrible 11:00 -5 pm all strong and separate sun close 3 days Sunday which is the most accessible for people, Monday and Tuesday. So we pay maintenance and two lifeguards (which also always with very bad attitude) for "using" the pool only 75 hours of summer. It's not worth everything we have to pay
I do not recommend this association for all the services that are from the community they want to charge us and apart from terrible customer service. I give it 0 stars
