AVOID AT ALL COSTS! MY COMPUTER COSTS 1,300$ 1st I WAS CONNED INTO PUTTING IT FOR 999$ 2ND THEY DAMAGED THE INSIDE OF THE TOWER 3RD THE MANAGER STEPHANIE DODGED AND AVOIDED ME FOR 1 WEEK TILL I CALLED CORPORATE. 4TH LIED TO ME ON HOW MY CLAIM COULD GO 5TH I'M NOT GETTING A PENNY FOR DAMAGES THEY MADE THAT WERE FOR A 1,300$ COMPUTER GAMING TOWER LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. I HAVE EPILEPSY AND LIVE IN A TOWN WITHOUT A COMPUTER REPAIR STORE. I GO INTO TOWN TO WERE THERE IS ONE 1 TIME A MONTH IF LUCKY. THEY SAID I COULD SCRAP IY AND BE DONE AND JUST GET THE 999$ THEY LIED

I payed 300$ to havr my 1,500$ gaming tower, 2 screens, and keyboard/mouse/wires shipped to my new residence in Montana. Tower has to be completely replaced on the inside. Cracked graphics card, liquid cooler (hose broken and fan on back displaced and rattling), power supply dislodged, power supply fan 100% not working, dust cover were disk drive would be completely destroyed. I let them convince me to lower the value to 999$ to save costs in shipping. They overpacked the outside to fit the box, then failed to pack the inside to prevent damage. I called about a claim. Had to keep all packaging and someone would contact me to take a look. That was thursday. I am calling again tomorrow. Will update.
Update 1:
They finally called me and because i don't have space to keep 3 BOXES WORTH OF PACKING SUPPLIES. They said they can't do anything. Unless I take it back to them to inspect. Which requires turning it on. Which also requires a car to drive an hour with someone with no vehicle.

My wife will go out of her way to ship through this UPS store. They've even waited to lock up at the close of day because she was on her way with packages to ship. Their customer service is really appreciated by many in this community.

I've gone to this store maybe half a dozen times. The ladies that worked with me each time were very helpful, kind, and good at their job. They went above and beyond to help me select the most cost-efficient parcels and shipping. The last time I went in, the woman behind the counter even managed to help two people at a time, scanning one person's package while answering another person's questions.

Very disappointed in this local store! I have had great service in the past but not this time, unfortunately.

We had a package shipped overnight ($77) to us while on vacation but it didn't have the right apartment #. I took all the steps to update the address (called the local UPS Store and called the prompt-filled 888 # they referred me to) and the changes were reflected on the online tracking and was told that the package would be delivered the next business day. After being told for 5 more days that "package will be delivered next business day" I called the 888 # once again demanding to talk to a representative. The rep told me that the shipper (aka - our local UPS Store) had put a lock on certain things, address changes being one of them, and that the address change and it didn't go through and our package was sitting in limbo but could be picked up at a local UPS Store on the next business day. We are now done with our vacation and wish this option had been given in the first place. This didn't make sense since our local store had told us that the issue was resolved. So contacted the local store back home who said it could be shipped back to our local store and would be back the next day.

We have been home from our week long vacation for 6 days and finally received our package this week that s 13 days to get a package that was supposed to be an overnight delivery back to the original UPS store. I know we didn't have the right address on the original package, but after taking the steps on MY end to fix the address issue, we now have had to wait 10 days for UPS to fix it on THEIR end. If we had not called multiple times to local stores (both on vacation and our local store) and the 888 #, we still wouldn't have our package. I brought these frustrations to the attention of our local store when picking up the package last night thinking they may be able to help us out in getting a refund, but all that they could say was to call the 888# and take it up with UPS since they do not "represent" UPS...LOL. Pretty sure the sign out front says The UPS Store, not "Sometimes we are affiliated with UPS when we take your $ to ship via UPS, but when you have a concern we are not the UPS Store so call the 800 #". I don't call corporate Walmart when I need to return something for a refund, the local store where I bought the item takes care of the issue. So you can understand our frustration when you wash your hands of our concern. At least someone could call UPS on our behalf or make it right at the local level. Very frustrated!!

I have the best experience with the ladies at my UPS Store!

I get quite a lot of packages, so I have a mailbox at the UPA Store. I love not worrying about porch pirates taking my packages before I can take them in.

These ladies are so good to me! I have been going through cancer treatments and they help me get the packages to my vehicle for me! It is such a help!

They always have the best cheerful attitudes that brightens my day!

They placed improper postage on an item. It was returned and brought to their attention. They claimed it was correct. The main Post Office customer service said it was not. They did not have staff that was knowledgeable or responsive to correct their mistake. It took four trips to the store or post office and it is still not correct. Do not waste your time going there!

I had received the digital file of a card game for a gift, so I cut the cards out and took them to the store to be laminated. I was told it'd be no problem for them to do and it'd be $2 per square foot, which didn't seem too expensive to me so I said okay. What I got back was sloppy and unprofessional. They gave me a MASSIVE roll of laminated cards, not cut out, and so unevenly spaced that I ended up paying $195 for empty laminated space. When asked about the cost and why it was so sloppy, my husband was told it was because they didn't know how to turn the machine off and tried to feed them into the machine as best as they could. They would not refund any money or help in cutting the cards unless we paid more, despite the fact that we paid $195 for empty space. We could have purchased our own laminator and done it ourselves if we had known this was the product we'd be receiving back, but we wanted to support a local business we had always had a good experience at. We will not be back.

UPS driver leaves a note that says checks the option of "your package will be at this UPS store by next day, typically 1 pm" So I go there the next day, and package is not there. I ask why not? They said well its typically the next business day, and today is saturday, so thats why. I said well, there should be better communication then, to save me a trip out here. They start giving me an attitude, and no apology, only "we are not part of UPS, we are just the UPS store, if you have an issue, take it up with UPS and the driver, not us." This has happened to me twice at this store. I will never use UPS again, unless I have no choice.

The Manager is the worst person who could have been employed as one. They dodged my family's calls for 2 days because they knew we were right about damages to a computer caused by them packing incorrectly. Then when she FINALLY answers, we talk to her more about it, and give her an email for contacting us. And then she requires us to lift a computer to a repair shop in a town that doesn't have one, just so they can get a PROFESSIONAL's Opinion. How can we even get into a town with a repair store, without a vehicle on days that the stores are open?

I am a queen and a great experience for you 3and or your father but you are calling for a minute and I can see it on the roof are the people that you told me to spearfish the last person in a minute and I bought it for a minute okay and I can link it with a little bit more than the first person in a car for me right there with the son and I bought it on my tail than the first person to see some cool stickers on my own right there in a minute okay I just want you back and it was a little more than that I can link it to my car to have money and I bought GB of the nerds who will be on the table so it can get it done in a minute okay and the devil was found to be at school its not a drill or a dozen other things to me its a little bit of an old fashioned way to do this little thing I think the ones that are in the house and I bought it on the roof of your location and you can take a picture o and I bought GB and it ripped my eyes out and they were the same thing in the draain now and I'm interest and I can see the same people and I can link it with the new years of the tickets to my head and I bought GB of it but it wasn't good for the likes to be a good friend and I can see the 56results in my head and then the next day it will turn into the next day I it is supposed that I was just the first one that looks so much like the one you could put so many people in total and I can link it to my head but I also found a dead spot in my head and then the driver was taken to a bowl and then I think you will need a table to check the location and the game will go to amazon and then I did a little bit more of the nerds who are in your amazon

This store doesn t understand the idea of a queue. The clerk took the person who came into the store after me today because she knew her and she was only dropping off . The queue is the queue and I was already there. Plus the clerk was rude. I went down the road to Boyd s where it s always less money anyway.

Donna, Audrey and Jazmine are amazing! They go above and beyond. We have a mailbox there and rely on this store for many of their services including some printing. Always friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make every visit a positive experience.

Paid 52 bucks to have the UPS Store pack my package, and the package was returned because the packaging failed. Never had this happen before. Probably because I always packed things myself. I was hung up on when I called the UPS Store to talk to a manager! Total BS. Never again!

This store is not only professional, efficient, but FRIENDLY. I'm new to Rapid City and feel so lucky to have found this store. They go above and beyond to help you in every way possible.

This store has great staff that always welcome you upon entering. The hours are great for those that work during the day. They also have a military discount which is a big plus being they are right next to an Army National Guard camp.

This is THE best UPS store I've been to. The gals that work there treat me like a friend every time I come in. I own a small business in town so I ship packages several times a week. Even if I drive by another location, I'll go out of my way to make sure to go to the West Rapid location. Highly recommend.
