Now I may be bias because my family is Jamaican, full on authentic, only lived here for about 8 years. Have a restaurant in Jamaica, so I m oh to familiar with how Jamaican food taste. Chef Robs was good for Americans but not if your from islands. It s just ok if you familiar with Jamaican food. Rice was mushy. Oxtails could use some more seasoning and braised more. Cabbage lacked flavor, seasoning too. Curry goat itself was good, I personally would of like more pepper but it was good. Again, white rice too soft. The greens to me were ok. I don t like sweet & savory and these were that. Also could ve been cooked down just a little more, too much crunch. Overall the food was good, not nasty at all just not the authenticity I m use too. For the price, I m glad they did give big portion of meat!
