Updated review: I raised it to 4 star based on my last service. It seems like they are trying to improve their service. They returned my phone call at a timely manner. They give me a really nice loner car and my car was done on time as promised.

This review is solely for the VOLVO SERVICE. My family has bought a few Volvos from Sill Tehar. I personally bought a brand new 2015 XC60 from them a little over three years ago. The buying process was very pleasant. The sale people were very knowledgable and highly trained.

The only problem is that my car had a starting problem about three weeks ago. I suspected it's a battery problem but wanted to make sure that it's not the alternator before I schedule an appointment with them. I called them about 10 times, left 3 messages with my phone number. No one ever returned my calls. The last few times I talked to the receptionist I expressed my frustration that no one had returned my calls. She did not care and just put me through (instead of making sure I get someone) and I got, yet again, the answering machine.

I do not mind spending more money with them compared to outside shops to get my car fixed because I like having my service record in one place.

I went to Swedish Motor in Boulder instead and they took care of me and my car. I guess I'll be bringing my car to them from now on.
