I am not very pleased with the service department ...

I am not very pleased with the service department at this time. I have been without my truck for going on 9 days now every time i call all i get is "we are working as fast as we can on this" i understand they had to order parts but the parts were to be delivered on Friday. So that makes 4 days to install a part. To their credit they did put me in a loaner but i dropped off a full size truck and was offered a Ford Fiesta that i cant do anything other than drive it. There are reasons i drive a full size truck and not a tiny car. It is extremely inconvenient to not have your primary vehicle for 9 days. Not to mention i dont hear from anyone untill i call and inquire. I was told today that they are shooting for tomorrow morning but im not going to hold my breath at this point. Very frustrating experience!
