Lazy staff. I'm an RN and had to fight every visit to get my Dad the care he needed. He had 4 teeth and I could never get them to provide oral care. One good thing he never got a bed sore but I think that is because he could turn himself. Horrible food. I would think of trying another place before this one. Unfortunately most places for our elderly are understaffed and their aids are under trained. The RNs are all basically lazy.
