Ants in room, unclean table, missing mugs, clogged...

Ants in room, unclean table, missing mugs, clogged shower drain, didn't get my luggage until calling twice and got it 3 hours after checking in. Didn't change sheets daily like we requested. Overall not the best experience, not impressed.
