I booked with silver dollar city as a package...th...

I booked with silver dollar city as a package...the ladies at the front desk were not to helpful and gave me a rude attitude and told me it was first come first serve...I asked to get a view of the farris wheel because my ten year old daughter loved it because it was in a movie she loves..It was not first come first serve...after i asked to get a room with a view. They said they couldnt. I saw around 7 others that checked in after me on the other side that they said was full. I called the front desk to talk to them and they said well now it is full after the 6-7 others after me...very rude.
