Just because you on free assistance or help "HOUSING CALL CENTER OR FRONT DESK" act like you do not have common sense. Rude is not the word you can use for these people they beyond RUDE, I guess housing is trying to teach they employees how to be polite but its not working. Some will help out in the best way they can and others should of stayed at home instead of coming to work........
