Edit: Sales Manager Mark was amazing in reaching out and rectifying this situation. I can honestly say this is not how the business intends to conduct itself and rather was just an unfortunate mishap. 4 stars for the whole situation but 5 stars for Mark and his amazing customer service. Thank you!

TL/DR: Was screamed at and demeaned by service department manager and staff.
Absolute worst service I have received in my entire life. I called before Christmas to get my car looked at and was told they could look at it that day, I towed my car there but it got there late which was fine with me. I was told it would be looked at the next morning. I call the next morning around 10:30 for the update and am told it is in the shop, they're just
waiting for the paper work so I call again at 4:30, thinking that is more than enough time for paper work, and am told it is currently being looked at and they will call me soon with the quote. I call again at 5 fearing they will close without me getting an answer, they say it is taking a bit and they will have a quote FIRST THING in the morning. So I call the next morning again at 10:30, 3 hours after the service department opens, and am told they are still working on the quote. I am frustrated now and inquire what is taking so long as I understand they have been looking at the car since 10:30 am the previous day. They then threaten my fathers local small business and remind me "they do alot of work with him and I should remember that" at which point I raised my voice in defense of the threat and hung up on them. I go to the service desk to pick up my car and am SCREAMED AT and DEMEANED by the service manager, CALLED A CHILD and AM TOLD TO APOLOGIZE FOR MY BEHAVIOUR (I have all of this recorded on my phone). I refused to apologize to the grown man who threatened to stop doing business with my father because I am frustrated they have been stringing me along for more than 24 hours. I then inform them I will be writing a review of the service I have received and am then THREATENED by their service manager with litigation if I dare write my 100% truthful review. Would recommend literally anywhere but here. As a victim of high-school and middle school bullying this was very triggering to be called names. Horrible service and horrible staff management. I would give negative stars if possible.
