This hotel is really beautiful and the location is beyond amazing! The staff here are truly amazing! My first encounter was with a gentleman named Justine if I m not mistaken, he was incredible. He was so helpful and sweet. This hotel is extremely clean and take Covid precautions very serious. They disinfect the pens before they give them to you and put gloves on before handing you towels. Very thorough.Again I must stress the staff is incredible and Extremely helpful! They were taking all the tables and chairs in and left some outside for me. Super super sweet. I will always be staying at this hotel anytime I visit Miami!!!
