I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:00 am and another at 10:20 am. Both vehicles arrived before the scheduled times. After waiting for two hours neither service had been started. I ve been a loyal customer since moving to this area in 2010. I believe as of my experience yesterday I will no longer patronize this establishment.
