Called them twice and also mailed twice. No feedback whatsoever about a problem with their / my sliding door.
Oh yes, except for the time when I called them for the 2nd time and they said that I should send the mail again.
I do not understand that they do not give a reaction. Nothing,,,
It is now a month ago!
The Christmas and New Year's Eve therefore I can not use the door.
