We moved to Greenville in early 2014 and leased a property from Marchant Company, and they made the process very easy and streamlined. When it came time for us to move out in early 2018, we encountered some problems with the Landlord of the property in getting our security deposit returned. Hunter Hughey of Marchant was able to step in on our behalf, even though he had a business relationship with the Landlord, and was able to convince her that she did indeed need to return our deposit. Hunter was very diplomatic and professional in intervening for us, and handled the matter very promptly. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for property to purchase or lease.
