Great service and expertise. My Brompton was badly damaged (by another shop) and OTEC were able to remove a badly damaged bolt (which several shops couldn't fix; including Brompton's own).
It also helps that they are friendly and make customers feel incredibly welcome.

I found OTEC through Google reviews (I live 25 mins drive away) and want to reinforce the message of how good this place is!
