Service at this location has slipped... Recently, they discontinued providing loaners on maintenance appointments, which has caused a real challenge for bringing my car in for service, given my lengthy commute... an issue big enough for me to reconsider my Lexus buying streak. Another point of frustration is that on my last service appointment, they 'replaced' my 2 week old, new, high-end Bosch wipers, with cheap/crappy ones, AND charged me for them. Not feeling the love for this place any more.
