If I could rate this hospital a 0. I would. I have tried and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, because it is so close to my home, but never again.

My 1 year old had a very high fever, so I rushed her to the ER. After 4 hours of being there and nothing happening (they couldnt even cath her or do her bloodwork), they decided to transfer her to Children's. All the tests Soin was trying to do, were completed in the squad on the way to Children's by squad staff.

Another visit, my daughter ripped a nail off her finger and I needed x rays to make sure she didnt break her finger. Same nurse from previous visit, bandaged her up in the ER, the bandage fell off on the way home.

I went into ER for abdominal pain and cramps, bloodwork, x-rays, ultrasounds, couldnt find anything wrong with me and sent me home not once, but THREE times. I later found out I had kidney stones.

Finally, the last straw. I was going to have an outpatient surgery here. I figured this would not be the ER staff so I would be in good hands. I never received a call from PAT, like I was told I would. This made me skeptical, so I called the hospital and canceled my surgery. The day the surgery would have taken place, I get a call from the hospital, asking where I am. I inform them that I called a long time ago to cancel the surgery, so that this type of scenario could have been avoided. The next day, the doctor's office calls me and asks me why I was a "no show" at my surgery, so I'm guessing they never got the message either. A month after when this surgery would have taken place, I get a "get well" card from hospital staff. They clearly do not have it together. DO NOT GO HERE!
