This company owns two rental communities in College Station, TX. They are (mis)managed by an extremely incompetent, unprofessional lease manager. Not only were my deposits not refunded to me, I was lied to several times. Reaching the corporate office is a nearly impossible feat. When I did, they apologized profusely, and that's because they knew I could have sued them for treble damages +$100 +attorney fees +court costs. They acted in bad faith with my deposits. Unfortunately, their response was to issue me a check with the former tenant's name on it next to mine and $15 short. Therefore, I may still actually take them to court! Avoid this company like the plague.
