I would give CU a minus rating if I could. I consider the company to be morally bankrupt lacking any sense of ethical principles. They refuse to waive any fees or additional deposits for active duty service members while deployed overseas. When I called from my deployed location about an account that we still have in the area, all I got was "well that's our policy"...not a single person said "thank you for your service" and we appreciate the decade plus that you've been a customer. The company is probably one of the worst with customer service I have ever encountered in my 30 years of adult life! If they were not a monopoly and the only choice in Springfield, I'd never do business with them.
