I m not going to re-live the disgusting display of malice and rudeness that my wife and I received from an employee (salesman) at this establishment, but instead will say only this:

Every job I have ever worked has had RIGOROUS customer service training. I would HIGHLY suggest implementing some here so that the salesmen realize that it is the customer s money that keeps them employeed.

My wife and I FINALLY had it narrowed down to two RVs, had financing in place for the little left we couldn t write a check for, and had chosen Carolina Coach because we d toured so many there before. NOT A CHANCE NOW. No way I m spending my life s savings or another red cent at an establishment whose employees can t bother to treat customers with a little respect.

We wanted to shop local. We are small business owners ourselves. But it looks like the big chain will be getting our big change$$$. Disappointed.
