I hope that my experience with Al Serra was just a fluke. But I can only give them two stars because I never heard back from them. I drove there from Canton, MI on Monday to look at a Tahoe. I talked to a salesman and emailed him all of the information he needed to put some deals together. He emailed me back on Tuesday morning, letting me know that he received my info and would begin working on an agreement. Well it's Thursday and I still haven't heard from him. I won't mention his name, but it has been disappointing. I really liked that truck, but we're moving on.
