Excellent customer service!!
I received a new driver from Amazon as a Christmas gift, and several months later, there was slight damage to that driver head from a single swing. I recently contacted Dallas Golf Company and after virtually no hold time, I spoke with Sara (or Sarah) and she was all over providing me an acceptable resolution. She contacted TaylorMade directly and called me back personally twice that same day with updates. After we spoke the second time, she confirmed that TaylorMade was shipping me a new and improved driver along with a return slip for an even exchange. She made this process so easy and seamless, that it compelled me to post a review, which I rarely do. I highly recommend Dallas Golf Company!!!
