One of the best museums in LA. Consist of half a dozen buidlings next to the Le Brea Tar Pits. Easy to spend 5-6 hours here. Parking is on site and less than $20. The Grove is 8 blocks to the north, also worth going to along with the Farmers Market shops and restaurants. Cafeteria has reasonably priced food along with a decent selection.
