My warranty had been up for all of three weeks when my I took in my car for service. Turns out my alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. I was understandably disappointed, but only for a moment. Sears replaced my alternator, same day, for no charge. I was relieved and happy, but not surprised. The service I have received throughout the ownership of my Mercedes has been second to none. They go above and beyond, are prompt, and knowledgeable. I would suggest the Sears Service Team to anyone. Al, Kristine, and Reid have taken great care of me, I'm a customer for life.
