Avoid this company. I received a bill on the 30th June. I pay by bank transfer. On the 9th July I receive a letter threatening to court and a warrant to enter the premises (9 days!!!!). This happens each quarter. they are agressive, don't listen and also the most expensive of the three NI companies. Just switched to new provider today as I have had enough off these tactics. God help if I was an elderly person who just forgot to pay on time...
