Had to replace the entire underseat mechanism just because 1 small part, the cable broke. It cost $1,700 with tax I believe, this included an oil change. Environmentally we should not have to throw this entire functioning piece away for 1 small cable. To me it's a money grab by the car industry as a whole.
The cable broke because when adjusting my seat something jammed underneath like a water bottle, apparently this is common so be sure to clear under your seat so you can prevent paying this hefty bill.
Budds Mazda however I am very pleased with. They are always kind and thorough and can always fit me into their schedule.
