My husband and I just purchased a 2019 Kodiak Cub travel trailer from Optimum RV, and I can't speak highly enough of our sales rep, HEATH CLARK He listened carefully to what we said we wanted; and even though we were there to look at older used models, we ended up purchasing the first one he showed us -- the new 2019 Kodiak Cub -- because it met our needs more perfectly than the older models we thought we wanted. We didn't think we could afford a brand new travel trailer, but the price point on the Kodiak Cub was comparable to the used ones we'd seen online and were considering.

CHARLIE, our service technician, was outstanding. He walked us through the unit and explained all its intricacies so well that even this old lady was able to understand how to work everything. We decided to upgrade from the manual jack to an electric one, and CHARLIE quickly and expertly installed it as we waited. He is a true professional and an asset to the Optimum RV team!

The only issue we had was confusion on the balance due upon pickup, and that was because our planned trade-in (which was on consignment elsewhere) was sold a few days prior to our planned pickup date, so that changed the amount of sales tax due. After I had a hissy fit and said some nasty things to HEATH's manager, my husband pointed out why I was wrong. Gotta love that man. And yes, I did apologize to HEATH and his manager. :)
