I love the car I bought from Mark Miller Toyota. However, my buying experience wasn't the best. I'd been looking for a very specific vehicle for quite a while and therefor reasonably knew more about it than the salesman did, since it was a used trade-in that wasn't a Toyota that they would sell.

When I got there, they were very nice and immediately offered to let me test drive. After this, I went to inspect the vehicle for any signs of damage, since it is a car known for being rallied or getting into accidents. When I looked under the hood and found some issues, I was told it would be fixed before I bought. They were not fixed.

I was also told I was crazy and 'it's basically a brand new car' by the salesman when I was looking at it. I took it to a trusted mechanic after much struggle because they were so hesitant to let me take it there. It had been in an accident and in some of the same places he tried to shy me away from looking was where the evidence lied.

The car was also very dirty on the lot which covered up a lot of hail damage on the hood. They brought the price down enough that it was still a good deal, the repair was mostly quality, and it was everything I wanted so I still bought it.

Like I said, I love the car, but the people I dealt with made the experience less than pleasant. I was treated like I was stupid and I wasn't acknowledged when I mentioned and proved that it had been in an accident. I basically had to sell this car to myself. So after being treated that way, the dishonest and shady people I dealt with, issues with the car that I was told would be fixed but weren't, I love the car but I don't think they'll be getting my business in the future.
