Our recent 2nd stay was pleasant. All staff members we encountered were friendly and provided good service. Champagne upon check-in and Amber's warmth was a great start, followed by our bellman Bryan who was also warm, friendly and helpful. I would return for the right price and during the right season.



We had many issues last time but this stay was uneventful in a positive way. Our only real complaint in May, which is out of the control of the hotel, is the "no see ums" aka sand flies. My husband and I both got 30-50 bites during our 3 night stay and this kept my husband inside much of the time.
