This property management company was great while we lived in their property. They were prompt in maintenance issues. I am extremely vulnerable to Covid and they were very understanding about that. We payed our rent on time every month and were excellent tenants. We paid a $2,000 deposit when we moved in. When we moved out, I cleaned the house thoroughly, it was cleaner than when we moved in. We did no damage to the house. There was an electrical issue but was no fault of ours. They took the most time they legally could to return our deposit and it was $565 short due to supposedly repair and cleaning costs. Don't trust them to return your deposit fairly and don't waste time cleaning when you move out. Too bad Pendleton doesn't have more choices of property management companies.
