Very bad experience .we took our car twice in the...

Very bad experience .we took our car twice in the month of May 2020 for check up...we want make sure everything is ok. .On the last visit of May 27, 2020 due to the car warranty ending 5/31/20..we told them please check everything...On 6/1/2020 they call and said the car is ready for pick everything is taking care...They open the door of the car my husband go in by the time we get home he could not open the driver side car door...we call them the right away.. The service advisor did not return our call so we call the service dept. the other person on the line said only think she can do is set apt. bring to car in. We did, they claim we have to pay $1500.00 to fix it...
from the get go they wanted to charge us money to fix the car...we told them we don't have any money due to the CORVID-19...The service advisor ask if we can pay $100.00 we said no use warranty that that we are paying for, so they agree that we don't pay anything....I believe a wire came loose while working on the car...and they know now they must bring it in back for service...THESE PEOPLE AT MERCEDES-BENZ OF POMPANO HAVE NO HEART...IN A TIME LIKE...SO WRONG.
