I have been using Delivery Associates for a while ...

I have been using Delivery Associates for a while now and I must say, their service has been average. Though they deliver on time, their customer service needs improvement. Sometimes, it feels like they don't care about their customers. I hope they work on their communication skills and show more professionalism in the future.
