I will start this off by saying that their SUPPORT department is excellent (they are the only department that answers their phone- which is a good thing if you already have their software)- Mike's customer service skills are on point. Wasn't happy with the lack of response from the sales people, however, once I spoke to them (took 4 days) they were amazing.
