OUTRAGEOUS MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR 2019 - I would rate them 5-starts as I have in the past. Even when Summit Health Group started charging $80/yr., I still was okay with that for personal service.

However, for 2019 they've increased the Individual annual patient membership fee by 212.5% to $250 a year, and a family increased 150% to $400 per year. Please make copies of all mine and my husband's medical records, because there is no way were going to pay THAT MUCH of an increase. Obviously, you're only interested in helping those who have lots of money to give you, instead of working to help the middle class, average income, neighbors in Conejo Valley. We are so disappointed.
