My wife went to that dealership thinking that they could help her even though her score was low, but what was told to her sooo.... unprofessional and very rude.... they told her that they don't want to deal with someone that has a low score.... if a dealership wants to earn business from their customers I would assume that they would have a little respect... and that just happened today April 13, 2019... I promise u that everyone will know about her experience and I will not take my business there ever. Nor any of the people I know.... that dealership displayed a very, very poor way of customer service.... not a dealership anyone would go to....
