I have had a few recent visits to DCH Honda and must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the improvements in their Service Department. In my last visits I have dealt with Kate Davis who has gone above and beyond to make my experience there exceptional. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and completely changed my perception of how a service department is operated. I appreciate honesty, integrity and great customer service and will continue to bring my vehicle to a service department I feel I can trust. Keep up the great work!
