My wife and I had a great experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston.
It started with our salesman Jing Lau who went out of his way to find the car we wanted.
His knowledge of the vehicle and BMW in general was excellent.
The negotiations were professional and pleasant. He helped us get through the process seamlessly. He introduced us to the general manager who could not have been any more informative or pleasant.
Delivery was great. The car was ready with Simoniz done and the snow tires we had ordered installed.
He had the "genius" (who was exceptional) ready when we arrived and I was well versed in the car prior to driving away. I have purchased 8 new BMW's and this was the best experience yet.
