I went to test drive a used Toyota Tacoma Monday night. It had damage on back corner, tailgate, and bumper. I said I would still consider it if they got me an estimate for repair. GM said they'd get an estimate the next day at their own on-site body shop (obviously I would consider that in the price). That didn't happen. 2 folks followed-up with me later, asking if I still was interested in the truck. I told them I was awaiting a repair estimate, but both were clueless about this. Neither knew or seemed to care about the body shop estimate, and didn't even offer to follow-up on it. They are not true to their word, didnt communicate internally, and just wanted the quick sale. Sorry, I don't deal well with that.
