They have a great team working over there in the showroom, from the young lady coordinating Internet leads to the General Manager.

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Hyundai Azera from them back in August. A beautiful car and my salesman, Bryan Wilkerson was first class!

My ONE AND ONLY GRIPE; I came in having already obtained my financing through Capital One. However, they submitted my information to several banks, who subsequently put multiple hard inquiries against my credit and dropped my FICO score 34 points......I'm not pleased about that......

.....however, there are factors which I have taken into account which lend some understanding to the issue. I worked in automotive sales and finance in a previous career. As explained, they did want to try and see if they could get me a better rate than Capital One was furnishing. Additionally, Capital One was not permitting any dealer participation on the rate; i.e.; they weren't letting the finance office pad the rate to build profit on the back end of the deal. We all go to work to pay our bills, keep the roof in place, the lights on, a hot meal on the table, and to enrich ourselves. These guys are no different than I am in that aspect, so while I may be slightly upset about the drop in my FICO, I don't hold it against them for trying to be smart in doing their jobs.

If you want a great car, made by a great manufacturer, sold by great people, you really need to give the guys at Hyundai of Turnersville an honest shot!
