Eric was a great help. I felt like I had made a mistake the last time I purchased a Jetta from Southtowne, from being rushed in and out to buy a new car by Sales, to the actual amount I paid towards the car. This time, they did everything in their power to make it right, and I couldn't be more satisfied.
