I've been calling since 3pm and it's now 7:15pm with no answer . The phone seems to go to a fax sound. I just want pick up an order of a Bacon Burger with swiss, MR. What is going on there?

Went there with a date on Feb. 16, 2019. We waited a while for service, but the waiter did tell us he would be right with us, but then he wasn't. We watched him go from table to table. Food was good, we shared the truffle fries and the top sirloin medium rare, a glass of Cabernet and she had tea. Unfortunately, the steak was really rare.
