The hotel is really classy. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We came for a wedding and the ceremony and reception were outstanding. Every bite of food was delectable. Location is very central and easy to get around. Beautiful setting and views all around
The room we had was large but bathroom and closet were small. We did not have a view except the HVAC system. Worked ok for us since we only stayed 2 days.
One big issue we had was at bedtime. There was a wedding downstairs and the music was beating through the floor of our room until 11:30 pm. We were exhausted from a long trip and wanted to get rest but had to wait until it ended.
2nd thing that happened was they charged our room 2x. Once on my card and once on my family members card who stayed in the 2nd room I booked originally. Trying to get that resolved now. Overall, still a nice place.
