My husband and I drove from Rock Springs, Wyoming to buy an SUV we saw online. We called a couple days ahead and couldn't reach anybody so we requested a call back and never received one. When we got to Prestman,we found out they sell Branded Titles, which caused a bit of a hiccup with the Credit Union we got pre-approved with, so it would have been nice if somebody would have called us to let us know before we drove all that way. However, Prestman works with all sorts of Credit Unions so we were able to do our loan through Mountain America without even leaving the Dealership, which saved a lot of back and forth nonsense. Our Sales Associate, Marshall Bellm, was spectacular to work with (although I don't believe I really got the $74 off ;)). The whole staff was very personal, friendly and attentive. We definitely recommend Prestman Auto and will continue buying vehicles here in the future.
