This is the worst hospital I've ever been to next ...

This is the worst hospital I've ever been to next to Baltimore/Washington Medical Center. The only good experience was when I first came with the lady at the registration desk. She was really nice. I had surgery earlier that day on my bicep at Mercy Hospital but they didn't prescribe me strong enough pain meds. So I went to the ER at Franklin Square once the nerve block wore off and I was in excruciating pain. I was in there from 12am to 8am!! Both I and my wife kept asking the nurses for something to sooth the pain. I just kept hearing the nurses laughing and talking the WHOLE time. They were very lazy and they kept telling me they were going to help me but never did. They finally gave me a shot of Morphine which didn't work and left me and my wife in the room for 2.5 hrs. Then they had the nerve to ask us if we could go back in the waiting room. After waiting another 2.5hrs in the waiting room in pain they asked us to come back so the doctor could see me. I sat and waited another 45mins. Then they came back and asked if I was given more Morphine because supposedly I was supposed to get it from the nurse again but they never made it to me. Then after being told they would see how I felt in 15mins after giving me the Morphine I still waited another hour. So I wound up just getting prescribed stool softeners which I didn't ask for and then was sent home after being there for EIGHT HOURS in pain!! The only reason I gave it one star is because of the lady at the front desk. These people suck.
